Joey Yates was born and raised in Lubbock and is the owner and president of Joey Yates Construction, a Lubbock based residential construction business that focuses on the residential market built with high end, yet affordable amenities.

 

With more than twenty years of experience working at Yates Flooring Inc., a family owned and operated flooring business, Joey honed his skills and interest in the construction business by serving as manager for the commercial flooring department and also as manager of builder sales. After working in builder sales over the years, Joey found a true passion in building houses and decided that is the direction that he wanted to go.

 

Joey is married to Amber Yates and they have a 6-year-old son Gladden. Together, they make a great team and are committed to making their customers 100% satisfied when it comes to the entire building process.
